Last month, we had an incredible group of students focus their efforts and training on showcasing their skills at the Comerica Center in Frisco. There was so much to be excited about because all of the specific things we’d been working in class were put into action. Our competitors were composed and calculated, able to control the pace of their matches and ultimately turn in performances worthy of a trip to the podium.
In preparation, our entire team rallied behind these guys, ensuring that they were as ready as possible. Watching fellow students assist in drilling, nutritional advice, strength training, etc along the way was so awesome to see. We grew closer together as a team and family and it showed in our results on the mat.
We’re already preparing for our next event on November 16th and have a lot of momentum going into it! See you in Frisco!
