Hey all you cool cats and kittens! This week Professor Collin is continuing with the Fundamental Curriculum and sharing the Rear Naked Choke and Armlock Lesson Plan. These are some of the strongest techniques in Jiu-Jitsu and we’re leading in with some solo drills like last week!
