This week we’re covering our Back Escape to Single Leg Lesson Plan. There are a lot of drills involved with this one because we need to develop proper reactions to make our escape attempts easier.
After we practice addressing our opponent’s choking arm and hip, we’ll end the week with a video on how your opponent is likely to react. As you start to escape the position and they try to come up on top, you take them down for two points!
