Last month, arguably the most exciting weekend in our sports history took place. Between the history and prestige of the ADCC and the intrigue and mystery of the Craig Jones Invitational, it was clear that both events were going to be exciting and neither were to be missed.
There were so many stories that came out of the weekend – far too many to tell in a blog. Since I began training Jiu-Jitsu in 2002, I’ve watched all the major tournaments through live streams, on DVDs, or bootleg highlight tapes…but this year was different. This year I got to watch two of the most incredible events that have ever taken place – live and in person. I saw friends from all over the world that I haven’t seen in years, and I made new ones that I will keep with me for the rest of my life.
If a picture is worth 1000 words, then photos of moments like these must be priceless.
