Last week, Professor Collin was visiting Panama City Beach, Florida with his family on summer vacation and had the opportunity to drop in and teach a class at Rilion Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! Professor Thor Shaffer has an incredible facility and his students are a perfect example of hospitality. After covering a few fundamental sweeps, some details on straight ankle locks, and a handful of friendly rolls, there were sweaty smiles all around.
