We’re bouncing back from Saturday’s promotions and straight into Submissions and Sweeps from Closed Guard! One of the strongest and simplest attacks from this position is the Cross Choke. Our lesson will begin with discussing the grips and angles needed to secure the technique as well as a couple of different ways to do it:

On Wednesday we will discuss the Catucada sweep, a very strong option when our opponent stands up inside of our Closed Guard. This allows us to complete the movement in the Mount position and prepared to attack with Submissions!
