
No fooling around – April is lined up to be awesome! We’re kicking things off by beginning in our opponent’s Closed Guard. Although we are in the top position, knowing how to maintain proper posture in order to open and pass the Guard is critical. We’ll discuss basic methods of opening and passing to start the week:

On Wednesday, we will begin to address one of the strongest methods of passing the Guard while restricting their ability to escape. Using the Double Under Pass allows you to be patient and methodical in transition to Side Control, so we’ll be covering both grips and angles in detail!
