This week Professor Collin returns from CTA Camp with some new techniques and tips for our students! We’ll also be focusing on the Triangle Choke this week in a couple of different ways. To begin, we will focus on a basic offensive setup as we learn to reverse engineer the submission before adding the defense and escape:

After covering the basics, we’ll introduce one of the staples of our Closed Guard – the Overhook. In setting up the position, we will secure our opponent’s frontside arm and work to navigate our leg around their other one. There are MANY different options from this position, so make sure you don’t miss out!

We will also have a special Competition Class on Wednesday at 7:30 with announcements and our final preparation before the Jiu-Jitsu World League tournament coming up!
