Attacks! All week! We’ve spent the last few Lesson Plans working on securing the Closed Guard position, and now we’re practicing staples of the submission game – Armlocks and Triangle Chokes. First we explore another method of applying the Armlock to help us learn the defensive reactions and escape options.
