The Knee on Belly position will be the focus of this week’s Lesson Plans! Beginning on Monday, Professor Collin will cover the offensive side of things as we work to transition from Side Control to Knee on Belly and then to Mount. We’ll even finish the techniques by applying an Armlock if our opponent defends!
On Wednesday, our focus will move to the defensive side of the position as we cover some methods of escaping. When underneath the Knee on Belly position, we’ll use some basic recovery concepts to wrestle up into the top position.
The D’Arce and Berkut Chokes will also make their appearances this week, so don’t miss a moment on the mats!
