We’re back from Christmas with lots of awesome Lesson Plans to close out the year! On Wednesday, we’ll cover both the offensive and defensive perspectives of the Armlock from the Back Mount. After reviewing how to secure the submission for a victory, we’ll switch to discussing both the defense and escape to this powerful technique.
