This week our Intro classes cover some fundamentals of Self Defense and Judo! We’ll cover the Osoto Gari and O Goshi throws and their application in the most crucial of moments – when we might have to defend ourselves from an attacker! Fundamentals classes will focus on attacking from the Knee on Belly position while No-Gi and Advanced Classes will discuss 50/50 Guard and some leg attacks, while some well-deserving students get promoted on Saturday!
