We’ll be focused on mechanics from the Mount this week in Intro and Fundamentals! We’ve covered marching toward dominant positions the past couple of weeks, and now it’s time to capitalize on them. The Cross Choke from Mount is one of the most diverse attacks from here, as its defense often opens up other opportunities for the top player. Our No-Gi and Advanced Classes focus on Sit Up Guard as well, to help us round out the week of techniques!
