This week we return to our feet! We will use Monday and Tuesday to discuss the Single Leg Takedown and introduce the Guillotine Choke. Both of these techniques are incredibly effective, but pairing them together to drill both an offensive and counter-offensive series is our goal to start the week!

From there, our Fundamental Focus will be chokes! Using chokes as a defensive reaction to takedown attempts is an excellent way to turn the tables on your opponent. This week we will focus on variations of the Guillotine and also the D’Arce Choke:
