Many students have trouble feeling comfortable and balanced in the mount position, so we’ll discuss securing the position at the beginning of the week. On Wednesday on Thursday, we’re all about Armbars! Professor Collin will discuss a handful of setups to isolate our opponent’s arm and get the tap. The Lesson Plan will end with introducing some defenses (and some counters!) to the Armbar to wrap up the week:
