We’re popping collars from the Back Mount this next week! We’ll start on offense with the Cross Collar and Bow & Arrow Chokes. By using our opponent’s lapels, we can generate a lot of force to make them tap out!
On Wednesday, we will switch to the defensive side of these techniques. Professor Collin will discuss the use of frames and grips to prevent the chokes from getting too tight and will even help us escape:
