MORE ESCAPES, NEW POSITIONS!
We can’t forget that the root of all martial arts is Self Defense, so this week we’ll start with some headlock escapes. We will work from both the Standing and Kesa Gatame positions, addressing the threat of punches and how to escape from our opponent.
