Before some of our students proudly represent us in competition on Saturday in Frisco, we’ll be covering securing and attacking from the Back Mount position. We often refer to this as the strongest offensive position to be in, so we will be focused on how to maintain the position before applying a variety of chokes. In our No-Gi and Advanced classes, we’re exploring some Half and Deep Half Guard positions, so lots of details on the way this week!
