Our week starts by completing our Mount Lesson Plans, but now focused on defense. After a quick review of the Americana, Professor Collin will demonstrate how to defend and escape the submission. We’ll close with adding the Hip Press Escape, a great way to escape the Mount and establish Single Leg-X Guard.
On Wednesday and Thursday, we will be discussing some more Self Defense techniques. This Lesson Plan covers some basic Judo throws which we’ll cover from both a Self Defense and Sport perspective.
