The focus will be on Passing the Guard by using two different approaches in conjunction with each other this week! After opening the Guard, we’ll use the Over Under Pass as our initial threat before having the Tripod or Smash Pass as our backup plan. We’ll also use Wednesday night to work on some specific training as we prepare for some upcoming competitions!
