From Sweeps to Submissions to Back-takes and more, we’ll be talking about them all! The first option that we’ll be covering is how to use Half Guard get to the strongest position there is – we’ll secure an underhook and get on our opponent’s back!

From there, we’ll close the week with a more defensive approach to Half Guard by recovering Closed Guard. Depending on our opponent’s posture and base, we’ll even have the opportunity to sweep them:
