This week we’ll be committed to becoming Escape Artists! Our focus has been the Back Mount position the last month, and we’re putting the finishing touches on those Lesson Plans by covering a few more methods to defend, escape and recover! The Technical Mount will be the starting point on Monday and Tuesday, as that is a very common position to attack the Back position from.

Beginning on Wednesday, we’ll cover frames and wrestling up out of the position. Being able to clear our opponents’ hooks in this position will be critical to get our hips mobile and back to an offensive position.
