We’ll be focused on mechanics from the Mount this week in Intro and Fundamentals before celebrating our Country’s 250th Birthday! We’ve covered marching toward dominant positions the past couple of weeks, and now it’s time to capitalize on them. The Cross Choke from Mount is one of the most diverse attacks from here, as its defense often opens up other opportunities for the top player. Our No-Gi Class will focus on Sit Up Guard as well, so lots to learn before Open Mat on Friday and Saturday!
