This week we’re focused on attacks from the Mount! Our Lesson Plans will address every joint on the way up, from Wristlocks to Armbars to Baratoplatas! One of the most underrated and overlooked aspects of attacking joint locks is how to defeat our opponent’s second line of defense…their grips. We’ll explore several different methods to break these grips and even learn to counterattack before ending the week with some Shallow De La Riva passing methods!
