Our week will get started with the Sunshine Boyz at Waffle House for our second annual Celebreakfast! Monday’s 6am class will be all about celebrating training hard, eating well and making incredible memories with teammates…but after that, back to business as usual!
With Self Defense as the root focus of all martial arts, the Headlock Position will be our focus to start the week. Knowing how to defend against the threat of punches and escape the hold will be covered from standing as well as the ground in the Kesagatame Position.

In a similar defensive position, beginning Wednesday will be escaping from Side Control. From here, preventing the Mount first then recovering Guard will be discussed. Lots of Fundamental movements in these moves!
