BACK TO THE BACK! Next week we return to the strongest position in Jiu-Jitsu – the Back Mount. For the first part of the week, we’ll be on offense to discuss controlling our opponent and maintaining the position. From there, we’ll discuss capitalizing on it with a couple of different choke attacks!
On Wednesday, we’ll start to discuss the defensive side of these attacks as we work on the concepts of framing and hip movement to change angles and open up opportunities to escape.
We’ll be working hard this week with Back Attack concepts in our No-Gi Classes as well before heading into the JJWL USA Open on Saturday!
