On Monday, we will discuss both the offensive and defensive sides of takedowns. We’ll include proper stance, shooting, sprawling, securing the back and more:
On Wednesday, we’ll continue on from the back as we look to submit our opponent with a rear naked choke or armlock. An important aspect of this lesson is hand-fighting to defeat any defensive attempts from your opponent, so don’t miss out!
