
We’re heading into Memorial Day weekend with our Knees on some Bellies! The Knee on Belly position is an incredibly strong position for applying pressure and safely transitioning to mount. It can also be used to attack Armlocks and a variety of Chokes as well:

On Wednesday, we’ll use the offensive knowledge gained to begin discussing defense, escape and recovery options. We’ll learn how to work from the Knee on Belly position to Quarter Guard and wrestle up on a Single Leg for two points!
