Last week’s Lesson Plans led us into the most dominant position there is in grappling – onto our opponent’s back. We’ll continue along this path, using the time in our “Intro to BJJ” classes to discuss the hand fight and positioning to perform the most powerful submission there is – the Rear Naked Choke. Our Fundamentals and No-Gi Classes will explore alternate methods of attacking the back, while our Advanced Classes on Friday will dive into Reverse De La Riva!
