Saddle Up! We will be bouncing back from Thanksgiving and starting December off with some techniques from Lasso and Spider Guard! Both of these Guard variations require specific grips and control of our opponents posture and balance to open up sweep and submission opportunities.

Beginning on Wednesday, we will discuss the Spider Guard. We will introduce the position with a sweep, but then discuss some Triangle Choke options if your opponent defends.
