BEAR HUGS AND ARMLOCKS! This week our Lesson Plans start us back on our feet with some invaluable Self-Defense Techniques and end with us adding more Submissions to our toolbox!
We will start on Monday with Bear Hug Escapes, ensuring that we’re able to prevent and defend being grabbed from behind then take our attacker down, ending in Side Control. From there, we improve our position and seek the submission!

Wednesday will have us covering the Americana and Armlock from the High Mount. Using both of these attacks in conjunction with each other is a strong 1-2 punch to help us secure the tap!
