This week, our focus continues on the strongest position there is – the Back Mount! For the first part of the week, we will begin on offense and cover two of the strongest chokes using the Gi. Both the Cross Collar and Bow and Arrow Chokes use the lapels to get a quick tap!

We’ll move to defense on Wednesday and Thursday to explore some different options to help us escape the Back Mount. Being able to escape on both sides of the position is critical, so learning the different hand, hip, and head positioning will be a big part of these classes.
