The month of September continues to be full of hard work at CTA Irving! We’ll continue with some of our strongest Lesson Plans from the Guard before we move on to the Mount in a couple of weeks. We’ll begin with the Armlock from Closed Guard in our Intro classes and X Guard in Fundamentals, learning how to first control and then attack our opponent based on their reactions.
