This week, we’ll be finishing up on one topic and tackling another! To wrap up our Knee on Belly Lesson Plans, we’ll be working from the bottom this week. The focus of the lessons will be how to recover from the position and even “Wrestle Up” by regaining top position with a modified Single Leg Takedown.
Beginning Wednesday, we return to our feet! Our second focus will be on one of Wrestling’s strongest takedowns – the Single Leg Takedown. In attempting this technique, one always needs to be cautious of the Guillotine Choke attempts, so we’ll be covering both the offensive and defensive aspects of that technique too!
