Sweeps, Submissions and Passes – all from One-Legged X-Guard! Our last full week in January consists of three new Lesson Plans and we’re starting with Sweeps on Monday and Tuesday. We will discuss how to establish the position before covering some basic options to offbalance and attain top position on our opponent.
