A couple of weeks ago, we had the honor of promoting six incredibly gifted students. Each of them has had their own path, their own goals, their own struggles, and their own story…but all with one commonality – their love for Jiu-Jitsu.

Logan Behm – He started because he was looking to acquire a new skill, but what he found was a new lifestyle. He’s got a true love for the ART of Jiu-Jitsu, and he’s in the middle of painting a masterpiece!
Binh Vu – His work ethic, discipline, and desire to set a strong example for his kids are absolutely admirable…leading the way in his community, at home, and on the mat!
Jose Zarate – All of us are “looking for something” when we find Jiu-Jitsu, and Jose found structure, guidance, accountability…and some solid techniques along the way.
Rocco Zingarelli – He’s enjoyed the journey, trusted the process, and now he’s reaping the rewards. Whether in class or competition, he truly makes being his coach an honor.

Christi Record – One of our OGs! She’s been a such huge part of the growth of our Academy, the improvement of her teammates, and an inspiration to all! She’s super busy and wears a LOT of hats, but none of them fit quite as good as that new Brown Belt does!
Paul Balensiefen – He’s changed life and is already changing others’ lives as well. His devotion to his family, his teammates, and our CT Kids translates into his commitment to building a brighter future – on the mats and more importantly in life!
