We’re focused on three specific types of Guard Passing for next week! Each of these methods is highly effective, depending on which option is available on your opponent. To begin the week, we’ll start with the Over/Under Pass which allows us to control our opponent’s hips and prevent their Guard Recovery.
If our partner is able to secure the Half Guard position, then our passing strategy must change as well. The Tripod Pass allows us to maintain constant pressure as we move to Mount or Side Control.
