On Wednesday, we will discuss what is probably the most important Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique to know – the Upa. Knowing how to escape the Mount position is vital for both Self-Defense and Sport application, so we will cover both scenarios in detail!
This week gets us from the bottom to the top position, and we’ll be working from Guard to kick off April!
