Takedowns, Turtle Attacks and TONS of Chokes on the way as we kick off 2024! After a couple of Open Mat sessions on Tuesday, we’re kicking things into high gear for the New Year!
On Wednesday we’ll move to the defensive side of takedowns by addressing how to Sprawl and defend a Takedown or even counter attack one with a different version of the Guillotine Choke. From there, we’ll expand our counterattacks and add the D’Arce Choke as an option off of the Sprawl as well:

No-Gi and Advanced Classes will focus on attacking the Turtle Position, including Peruvian Neckties, Anacondas, and Clock Chokes with the return of Competition Class this Wednesday night!
